This policy explains how Educators Support handles information when adults visit educatorssupport.com, subscribe to the newsletter, or send a message.
Information you provide
- Your email address and confirmation status when you request the newsletter
- Your name, email address, page URL, subject, and message when you use a contact or issue-report form
- Any information you choose to include in that message
Operational information
Our hosting, security, and website systems may process IP addresses, request times, browser details, page requests, and limited rate-limit or delivery records. Newsletter abuse controls use bounded operational data, including one-way identifiers, to reduce duplicate or automated requests.
How information is used
- To deliver and confirm a newsletter you requested
- To answer messages and investigate reported issues
- To secure, operate, debug, and improve the site
- To meet applicable legal obligations and protect users and the service
Analytics and advertising
Optional analytics is disabled unless both the site configuration enables it and you choose analytics in the privacy controls. Advertising and Google AdSense are currently paused. We will update this policy before enabling materially different analytics or advertising behavior.
Service providers and transfers
We use service providers for hosting, security, content delivery, email, and website operations, including Hostinger and Cloudflare. They process limited information on our behalf or under their own service terms. Processing may occur in more than one country.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Newsletter messages include an unsubscribe method. You can change optional analytics consent using the Privacy choices control in the footer.
Children’s privacy
The site is written for adult parents, caregivers, and educators. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information about a child in a form.
